Remote commissioning
Affidavits, statutory declarations, oaths, affirmations and sworn declarations that are permitted to be commissioned remotely.
Choosing a category does not confirm that a document is legally eligible for remote commissioning. Eligibility is confirmed during review, and the organization receiving your document may have its own acceptance requirements.
Notary services
Remote commissioning is not the same as online notarization. If your document requires a notary public rather than a commissioner for taking affidavits, we identify that during review and route you to the right service.
